Our clients are privately funded – these funds are often being managed by family members, solicitors, trustees or trust companies, or insurers.
Yes, we do. We have many young clients who require our care. As every one of our clients needs differ we have a care specialist for every age group and necessity.
Yes we can. This is a very popular role for our carers.
Our service can change at any time to meet your changing needs. We often find that a client’s health, levels of independence and confidence improve after we have been providing care for a short while. Services can be reduced accordingly. Also, if a client experiences a seasonal health change or similar, the service can be increased. Many of our services are increased when family members are unavailable for any number of reasons.
You are a private client and if for any reason the carer that we match to you is not well-suited then we will comply with your wishes and find you a better fit. We ask that clients advise us if they are unhappy so that we may continue to improve our service provision.
Yes we do – we provide anything from one hour to 24 hour a day care dependent on your requirements
